Which locations do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Pakistan.
What are your delivery times?
For Rawalpindi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, and Kasur, delivery time is 24 hours (for mobile phones only). For other locations, delivery time is 2-3 business days.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We strive to deliver your order within 2-3 business days.
Shipping delays disclaimer:
ARIAMOBILE is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- The recipient being unavailable or uncontactable.
- Incorrectly addressed orders.
- Weather conditions, etc.
In such cases, we will notify customers about delays and provide an estimated delivery date.
Why might delivery be delayed if I use payment methods like EasyPay?
To ensure secure transactions, these payment gateways hold deliveries for 24 hours. Once approved, we dispatch the products immediately.
Is identification required upon delivery?
Yes, the recipient must sign the delivery document with their ID card details when receiving the package.
What should I do upon receiving my delivery?
- Check the package for any damage or signs of tampering.
- If you notice issues, do not accept the package. Return it to the courier, and we’ll replace the items.
- If the product inside the package is tampered with or missing, contact ARIAMOBILE Customer Service at 0316-2332692 within 24 hours.
Can I modify my delivery address?
Once an order is placed, the address cannot be changed. Cancel the order and reorder with the correct address. Payments made will be refunded.
How can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order during the confirmation call.
- If the order has been shipped, contact customer care to process the cancellation.
Cancellation for online payments:
After cancellation, refunds will be processed back to your payment method (debit/credit card or internet banking) as per the merchant’s policy.
